altered-upcycled wall clock

hello All,
there are few moments, when you are proud of your self, I had this moment today after altering a Christmas print clock, which we got from hallmark once. it even play Christmas carols.
I altered the clock to suit my craft room.

So what do you guys say?  I loved it and hope you too do so.

Process

  1. I first unassembled the whole clock,
  2. measured the circumference of the clock and cut a yellow card stock of the correct size.
  3. I has 6*6 paper house production 's artist collection paper. So I cut the circle out of it and stuck it to the center of my yellow card stock
  4. Then gessoed the remaining cardstock and also some of the center paper.
  5. Then sprayed  various mists to match the center printed paper.
  6. Stencilled hem with checker and diamond stencil
  7. then fuzzy cut the quotes from same Artist collection pad and decoupaged it.
  8. Gessoed the outer rim, applied decoart sealant, nd colored it with yellow paint.
  9. Hot glued the two brushes, tied them with some twine and stuck the letters on it.
The clock is ready --tada
